One of Alabama’s wide receivers is a ‘do-it-all’ type of player, and it has greatly helped the Crimson Tide this season.
Junior Kendrick Law has reeled in 10 receptions for 105 yards and one touchdown this season. He also has eight carries for 30 yards. While his stats may not indicate him being a factor in Alabama’s offense, he certainly is.
Law is one of the best blockers on the team. He does whatever it takes to create explosive plays whether it be as a blocker, pass catcher, or as the motion man. He is willing to do whatever it takes for the offense to have success and for Alabama to come away with a win.
The Louisiana native has never posted more than 135 receiving yards in any of his three seasons in Tuscaloosa. He exemplifies what it means to be a team player. Outside of one blemish against Tennessee that proved to be costly, Law has been a reliable player for the Crimson Tide this season.
I would look for Alabama offensive coordinator Nick Sheridan to continue to find ways to get Law more involved in the offense. It is critical that Alabama continues to get its playmakers involved, and he is certainly one of them. He has great burst, finesse, and strength to continue to be a dynamic player in Alabama’s offense.
