The Atlantic Coast Conference Championship (ACC) Game is Saturday night between Clemson and SMU.

Alabama football fans have rooting interest in the matchup as a victory for SMU would send the Crimson Tide into the 12-team College Football Playoff as the at-large bid. Alabama would go in as the No. 11 seed and face sixth-ranked Notre Dame in the first-round from South Bend, Ind. A victory for Clemson would create a debate between SMU and Alabama on who should go in.
