The future of the Alabama quarterback room was well represented in this year’s Under Armour All-America Game in DeLand, Florida.
Five-star quarterback signee Keelon Russell had an impressive showing despite suffering an injury early on in the third quarter. The injury resulted in him missing the rest of the second half due to precaution. Russell felt good enough to go back in the game, but the medical staff felt it was in his best interest to sit out the remainder of the game.
Statistically, Russell had a very solid showing. He finished the game 7/11 passing for 120 yards and a touchdown. In addition, he carried the ball twice for 20 yards. It was a solid perf
