Georgia 4-Star Edge feels like priority for Alabama after visit from staff

Dre Quinn is feeling like Alabama football wants him in Tuscaloosa after receiving a visit from the Tide.

Quinn attends Greater Atlanta Christian School in Norcross, Georgia. He currently garners a four-star rating from most recruiting sites and holds offers from the Crimson Tide, Auburn, Clemson and others.

Alabama’s running back coach Robert Gillespie stopped by to visit the four-star earlier this week.

Gillespie’s visit spoke volumes to Quinn.

“It means a lot,” Quinn said. “It shows that they really prioritize and want me there.”

Alabama will get the Georgia product back on campus for junior day on Feb. 1.

The Tide offered Quinn in November during a visit.

“It means a lot, knowing that Bama has been one of the best college teams from when I was a little kid to now speaks volumes, and I’m grateful to have an offer,” Quinn told Touchdown Alabama after receiving the offer.

Quinn stands at 6-foot-4 and weighs 220 pounds. He has shown the ability to make plays with his hand in the ground with an explosive first step while lining up at different spots along the defensive front.
