Alabama football looks to be going in all in for 2026 four-star linebacker, Xavier Griffin.
Griffin attends Gainesville High School in Georgia, and he is one of the top linebacker prospects in the country.
Kalen DeBoer and the Crimson Tide’s outside linebacker coach Christian Robinson visited Griffin last week at Gainesville High School. Griffin told Touchdown Alabama he felt like a top Alabama target ahead of the visit. Robinson made his second trip to Georgia this month to visit Griffin on Wednesday at home.
Alabama is recruiting the four-star to play WOLF linebacker under Robinson. The position calls for the linebacker to be effective at getting to the quarterback while rushing from the edge, play sideline to sideline and drop back and coverage to defend the pass in certain situations.
Griffin checks all those boxes.
