Javian Osborne feels he has a better understanding of how Alabama feels about him after receiving a visit from multiple members of the Alabama staff.
Kalen DeBoer, Maurice Linguist, Robert Gillespie and Courtney Morgan made a visit to Texas Wednesday to talk with the four-star running back.
“Man it was big time,” Osborne told Touchdown Alabama when asked about the visit. “Being able to speak to everybody I needed to get an understanding where I’m at. It’s clear I’m a priority.”
Osborne attends Forney High School in Forney, Texas, and he is a 2026 four-star prospect. He is now eyeing multiple visits to Tuscaloosa before taking some official visits during the summer.
“We haven’t planned a date yet, but we plan to get there two times this spring before official visits in the summer,” Osborne said.
The four-star has respect for the Alabama program stands for and is looking forward to getting a better look at what they have to offer when he visits.
“It’s big time,” said Osborne. “I’m looking forward to continuing building this relationship, getting down there to see how Coach G (Gillespie) coaches, seeing the offense and how they can utilize me. My thing is I want to be developed.”
The 5-foot-9, 195-pounder is quick and explosive runner with impressive change-of-direction ability. He finished his junior season with 25 rushing touchdowns and 1,227 rushing yards.
