Some former Alabama football players are starting to react to former Ohio State quarterback, Cardale Jones, drawing a comparison from Ryan Day to Nick Saban.
Jones took to social media after Ohio State defeated Notre dame to secure Day’s first National Championship as a head coach to point out the fact Day won his first title as a head coach at a younger age than Saban did.
“8 years younger than Saban when he won his 1st National Title. 2 years earlier during his head coaching career than Saban,” Jones posted to X.
This has sparked the interest of some former Alabama players, including Mack Wilson and Damien Harris.

Harris looks to be seeking more clarity for the comment.
