Nick Saban was recently asked to name some of his favorite players to coach at Alabama.
Saban was asked the question by Ryan Clark on “The Pivot Podcast.” He was asked to name his favorite player to coach, but he could not have just picked one player.
“Julio (Jones) was great,” Saban answered. “Derrick Henry. Tua (Tagovailoa). I always liked Tua. Rolando McClain. The other one I always liked was Reuben Foster.”
The former Alabama head coach has hung his whistle up after leading one of the best dynasties in college football history in Tuscaloosa.
