Jaquez Wilkes reported an offer from Alabama football on Monday.

Wilkes attends Wadley High School in Alabama, and he is a 2026 prospect. The junior currently garners a four-star rating from most recruiting sites. His offer list can go up against any prospect in the country with offers from Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, Ole Miss, Texas A&M, Miami and others.

The in-state prospect previously joined Touchdown Alabama’s “Justin & Dex” to discuss his interest in the Tide and what an Alabama offer would mean to him.

“I will like it because I grew up being an Alabama fan and my family has,” Wilkes said.

The 6-foot-4, 220-pound athlete is a do-it-all for Wadley High School as he makes plays on both sides of the football. He is projected to be an Edge defender at the next level, and this is where he looks the most dominant with his ability to move in space and get after the football at his size.

The new Alabama target led Wadley to a 1A State Championship during the 2024 season in dominant fashion when he rushed for 312 yards and five touchdowns on 38 carries.
