5-Star OL no longer considering Alabama

The consensus No. 1 offensive tackle and 2026 five-star recruit, Jackson Cantwell is no longer considering Alabama after multiple visits to Tuscaloosa.

Cantwell is now down to six schools. He will be looking at Georgia, Miami, Michigan, Missouri, Oregon and Ohio State moving forward.

The Tide hosted the five-star in the summer and got him on campus when Alabama defeated Missouri. Alabama’s coaching staff also recently visited the five-star in Missouri.
