Two-time Alabama National Champion running back, Damien Harris is excited about the hiring of former New England Patriots wide receiver coach, Tyler Hughes, as the Crimson Tide’s newest offensive analyst.
Harris believes Hughes’ addition to the Alabama offensive staff is a ‘great hire.’
“Great hire, right here,” Harris posted to X.
Harris is familiar with Hughes.
The former Alabama back was a member of the Patriots when Hughes was on staff.
Hughes also has prior ties with second-year Alabama head coach Kalen DeBoer, previously working with them at the University of Washington as an offensive analyst in 2023.
It’ll be interesting to see what kind of impact, influence, or nuance Hughes can bring to the Alabama offense in the upcoming 2025 season.
