Caden Moss is already recognized as one of the best offensive tackle prospects in the 2027 recruiting class, and his offers list is expected to continue to grow over the next few years.
Moss is a sophomore at Jackson Academy High School in Jackson, Mississippi. He garners a four-star rating from multiple recruiting sites at the moment.
The Alabama Crimson Tide offered Moss in January. Chris Kapilovic, the Tide’s offensive line coach, extended the offer.
“Coach Kap (Kapilovic) seems pretty cool,” Moss told Touchdown Alabama. “He came down, talked to me and offered me. Now it is about getting on campus, seeing what the environment is like and meeting the guys. I got to make a plan to get up there. I got to get up there for sure.”
Moss went on to give his overall thoughts on the Alabama program.
“If you look at Alabama, the program is a winner,” Moss said. “They’ve been winning for god knows how long.”
At 6-foot-5 and 265 pounds, Moss has the frame of a prototypical future collegiate Power Four offensive tackle. He does not carry any bad weight at the moment.
“I feel like I’m an athletic lineman,” said Moss.” I feel like I have an ability to bend, move my feet, good length, good reach, and able to strike.”
