Alabama priority 4-Star LB target announces Top 5

Nick Abrams announced his top five schools Tuesday and included the Alabama Crimson Tide.

Abrams attends McDonogh High School in Maryland, and he garners a four-star rating from multiple recruiting sites. He has Alabama, Georgia, Michigan, Penn State and Oregon in his top five.

The Crimson Tide hosted Abrams for an unofficial visit during the spring after visiting him in Maryland.

“They are big on me,” said Abrams after the Tide’s coaching staff visited him. “They see me as a priority and high on their board. It is great to know that a program like Alabama is that high on me, especially what they’ve been able to do to put linebackers in the league.”

The 6-foot-2, 210-pounder is a long linebacker with the ability to play in space and make effective open-field tackles. He appears to have the skillset many college coaches are going after when recruiting linebackers in the current college football landscape with his athletic ability.
