Colt Lumpris added an offer from Alabama football while visiting the Crimson Tide earlier this month.

Lumpris attends Lawrenceville School in New Jersey. He now holds 15 college football offers, including offers from Alabama, Michigan, Florida State, Tennessee and others.

Lumpris’ Alabama offer came from the Tide’s tight end coach Bryan Ellis.

“It means the world as it was one of my dream schools my whole life,” Lumpris said.

The New Jersey product got to watch Alabama practice and take a tour of the Tide’s facilities during his visit.

“Overall, I was impressed by everything,” said Lumpris. “I loved the coaches and player’s energy as well.”

The 6-foot-6, 235-pounder is projected to play tight end at the next level. He is an obvious mismatch when he lines up out wide with his length and mass. Some of the most impressive parts of his game at this point, is his ability to catch the football as a big target and work after the catch while getting up the field.

“I feel that I have great ball skills,” Lumpris told Touchdown Alabama.
