Alabama safety, Bray Hubbard used his time on “Hey Coach” Monday to highlight Lotzeir Brooks for the second time this spring.
Brooks is considered to be a quick and explosive wide receiver. He is coming off a prolific career at Millville High School where he set state records in receiving touchdowns and receiving yards. He is now making noise with his dynamic playmaking ability at Alabama’s spring practices.
“I’m sure everybody’s heard about Lotzeir Brooks,” Hubbard said. “That dude, he’s a shifty guy. I mean, that’s a hard guy to tackle. He’s really fast when he gets into space.”
Brooks’ elusiveness is also why he’s been spotted taking reps with some of the Crimson Tide’s veteran offensive players at practice recently this spring.
