Kellan Hall is one of the more intriguing college football prospects in the 2028 recruiting class.
Hall is a product of Christian Academy in Louisville, Kentucky. He now holds offers from Alabama, Kentucky, Oklahoma and other programs. The Crimson Tide offered the freshman last week.
“The program is historic and is known for its style of play and putting players in the league at every position,” Hall told Touchdown Alabama after earning the offer. “Too many greats to name but hearing their stories and how the structure and fan support prepared them for the next level is very inspiring. It’s been interesting to watch Coach DeBoer and the moves he has made with his staff and the type of players that he is recruiting considering that it’s the start of a new era for Alabama football.”
The 6-foot-4, 260-pounder was a disruptor in many ways as a young freshman during the 2024 season. He flashed an ability get into the backfield when an explosive first step, an ability to split double teams and set an edge. It is also easy to see the freshman is very strong in the trenches,
“I feel like I create match-up nightmares, considering my size, strength and speed,” Hall said. “I can also play multiple positions but am always willing to do whatever it takes to help my team win. This past season, I started at right tackle and multiple positions on the defensive line for a state championship team at 14 years old. I feel that it’s only the beginning and looking forward to my sophomore season.”
