Jayden Aparicio-Bailey added an Alabama offer to his rapidly growing offer list on Friday.

The California native currently attends Oak Mountain High School in Birmingham, Alabama, and his recruitment is rapidly growing. He holds recent offers from Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, Tennessee, USC and Vanderbilt.

Alabama and Kalen DeBoer extended an offer to the 2027 recruit during a recent visit.

“It means a lot,” Bailey said when asked about the offer. “It’s an honor to have a meeting with coach DeBoer and get an offer from such a powerhouse school like Alabama.

Touchdown Alabama caught up with the Oak Mountain product before the recent boom in his recruitment, and he provided his early thoughts on the Tide.

“Ever since I was a little kid in California, all you heard about was Alabama, the legacy, the great Nick Saban era,” Aparico-Bailey said. “I’ve been up there one time. It’s an amazing school.”

Alabama told Aparicio-Bailey his versatility led to his offer from the Crimson Tide.

The sophomore shared Alabama’s ‘strength and conditioning and how they develop their players’ stood out to him during his visit.

At 6-foot-2 and 185 pounds, the 2027 prospect displays great anticipation and feel for the game while lining up at safety.
