Tavian Branch picked up an offer from Alabama football Tuesday.
Branch is a 2026 prospect out of Riverside High School in Taylor, Pennsylvania. He holds previous offers from Oklahoma, Penn State, South Carolina and others. Alabama becomes the latest program to offer the Pennsylvania product.
Branch’s Alabama offer came from the Crimson Tide’s defensive line coach Freddie Roach.
“This offer means a lot to me,” Branch told Touchdown Alabama. “I grew up an Alabama fan.”
The Crimson Tide is now set to become a major part of Branch’s recruitment. He is interested in visiting and learning more about the program.
“Definitely gonna be a top school for me,” Branch said. “I am going to get down to see the school sometime coming up.”
At 6-foot-4 and 295 pounds, Branch displayed dominance in the trenches during the 2024 season with his power, impressive get-off and active hands. He finished the season with 10.5 Sacks, 65 Tackles, 25 tackles for loss and 40 QB pressures.
