Jamir Perez is eyeing an official visit with Alabama after picking up an offer from the Crimson Tide.

Perez is a 2026 three-star prospect out of Glenville High School in Cleveland, Ohio, and he holds recent college football offers from Alabama and Ohio State to go along with previous offers from Vanderbilt, Wisconsin and others.

Alabama’s defensive line coach Freddie Roach informed Perez of his offer from the Crimson Tide.

“I feel like it’s a great program due to the history of Alabama, the players, the coaches, just the rich history of the program,” Perez said.

The Ohio product also gave his thoughts on Roach.

“He is a great coach, and I feel like he will get me where I need to be,” said Perez.

Perez tells Touchdown Alabama he is now interested in officially visiting Alabama football after earning offer from the Crimson Tide.

The 6-foot-4, 330-pounder is a disruptor in the interior of Glenville’s defensive front. His size makes him a handful to slow down even when teams attempt to double-team him. Perez feels his ‘strength, mobility and confidence’ are all strengths of his game.
