Terrion Arnold dedicated an Instagram post to Jalen Milroe after Milroe was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks in the third round of the NFL Draft.
Arnold and Milroe’s friendship has been well documented. Milroe was in attendance when Arnold was drafted by the Detroit Lions during the 2024 NFL Draft, and Arnold returned the favor by being in attendance for the first day of the 2025 NFL Draft to support Milroe. The two also came together to start the LANK movement in Tuscaloosa.
Arnold’s latest post to Instagram honored the journey of his former teammate.
“Wow!!! To my brother: you finally did it. All the early morning sacrifices, all the late night talks about the plans we were making to attain our dreams finally paid off. Everything you had to endure just to get to this point was worth it, bro. I watched them constantly drag your name through the dirt as if we weren’t just young kids trying to change our family’s situation and better ourselves. The way you stood tall and never folded during adversity shows the real you. Last night was another step in the process; I’m glad to call you my best friend and brother and to support you the same way you’ve supported me through it all. Youve beat the odds whenever they haven’t been in your favor – from being called a running back and told you should switch positions to being in the green room with you two days ago showed me and the world everything they’re going to get from you. Not once in the time I’ve known you did you frown or hate on anyone; you just simply waited your turn and cheered and supported everyone else. My brother, I’m proud of you. Seattle got a great one.”
Arnold and Milroe will hopefully have an opportunity to compete against one another in the NFL.
