Former Alabama players to participate in charity-golf tournament with college athletes

The 77 Kids Foundation is hosting its second annual Golf Tournament in Pelham, Alabama on Saturday, May 3.

The event will feature former and current college football players, including some who have and some who are currently dawning the crimson and white. It will take place at Oak Mountain State Park with a 9 a.m. start.

Former Alabama players, Andre Smith, Sam Shade, Caleb Castille, Marlon Humphrey and Bobby Humphrey are some of the former Alabama players set to participate.

The event will also feature some current college athletes, including Jackson Arnold (Auburn) and Bradyn Joiner (Purdue).

The entry fee to participate in the event as a team is $800. More information on how to participate in the event can be found at www.77kidsfoundation.com

Funds garnered by the charity event will go to the 77 Kids Foundation, which is a nonprofit organization dedicated to youth development through sports and community involvement by offering affordable extracurricular opportunities.
