Gulf Shores’ 2026 wide receiver, Nick Hampton continues to add offers as his recruitment continues to trend in a positive direction.
Hampton now holds more than 15 college football offers with Chattanooga becoming the latest program to offer him. His recruitment is in very good place, but the junior remains adamant about team success, which includes potentially winning a class 6A State Championship.
“It feels really good to be out here with my brothers,” Hampton said. “I just want to be able to provide for my teammates and get into the endzone.”
At 6-foot-3 and 215 pounds, Hampton is a receiving threat all over the football field as a big and physical target. He is also effective in the RedZone with his ability to box out defenders for the football. The Gulf Shores product also has no problem being a physical blocker in the run game.
“I am a big athletic wide receiver, hybrid tight end that can block inside and get out into space and create winnable match-ups for the offense,” said Hampton.
The rising senior has a busy summer schedule as he plans to take official visits to Ohio, South Florida, South Alabama and Louisiana ahead of a possible June commitment date.
