Keon Sabb is back practicing with the Alabama Crimson Tide after suffering a season-ending injury in 2024 and missing the spring.
Alabama’s defensive coordinator Kane Wommack revealed Sabb was ahead of the curve en route to returning to the football field on Saturday.
“Keon is doing a really good job,” Wommack said. “He’s really pushed. Our training staff has done a really good job with him. I think he is ahead of really every marker that we had in the offseason for him. We weren’t sure if he was going to be able to go to the level that he is going right now at the beginning of fall camp, but he is.”
Sabb finished the 2024 season with 39 total tackles and two interceptions despite his season ending in the eighth game of the season against Tennessee.
