Alabama 5-Star DB commit shuts down recruitment

Jireh Edwards has confirmed his recruitment is shut down after committing to Alabama earlier in the summer.

Edwards is a product of St. Frances Academy in Maryland, and he is considered a five-star prospect.

The Maryland product is a bigger safety at 6-foot-3 and 210 pounds, who can run a 4.4 forty-yard dash. His measurements are head-turning, but his film is enough to make college football coaches drool over his potential.

5 ⭐️ DB Jireh Edwards @jaygolive1k is a physical safety prospect, who could fit perfectly at Husky for Alabama.

He is physical, strong against the run, can take on blocks and good in coverage.
