Ryan Williams said he got a FaceTime from President Trump after he had a historical performance against Georgia as a 17-year-old freshman in 2024.
Williams pulled in six receptions for 177 yards in the Alabama win and immediately became a household name in college football. He set social media on fire with this performance, garnering attention from Serena Williams, Chris Paul and a variety of notable people, including Trump.
“I was on the phone with Trump after the game,” Williams said in a recent interview with I Am Athlete. “It was set up.”
Williams looks to create more iconic moments in year two.
