Former Alabama wide receiver goes after Kalen DeBoer after Florida State beats Tide

Former Alabama wide receiver, Marquis Maze is not happy with Kalen DeBoer and his coaching staff.

Maze feels the Crimson Tide were not physical in the defeat, and he feels upset with the way Alabama lost its first game of the season.

“Man I can’t believe we stunk up the field like that. I’m highly disappointed in the play today fellas,” Maze posted to X. “Coach DeBoer and friends this is not the PAC-10. We out physical teams in the SEC!!! This can’t happen again this yr. I know how to lose a game but it’s the way we lose & I hate it,” Maze posted to X.

Other former Crimson Tide players shared similar thoughts on X after the game.

“We pulled up to play football and they pulled up to fight,” Alphonse Taylor posted. “They kicked our chest in.”
