It didn’t feel like the Third Saturday in October was fast approaching in Tuscaloosa on Tuesday. I’m not talking about the sunny, 83-degree weather, either.
Alabamians are used to wiping a little sweat off their brow while sipping on an Oktoberfest beer. But lately, the absence of a fall breeze is replaced by a wave of anticipation for the upcoming matchup between Alabama and Tennessee.
That might be the case in some parts of the state. However, there didn’t seem to be much of a buzz surrounding Alabama players following Tuesday’s practice.
