Ahmad Hudson told Touchdown Alabama he plans to be in Tuscaloosa this weekend to watch the Crimson Tide take on LSU.
Hudson is considered the No. 1 tight end in the 2027 recruiting class by multiple recruiting sites. He attends Ruston High School in Louisiana and holds offers from Alabama, LSU, Texas A&M and others.
Alabama football offered Hudson in October in 2024.
“It means a lot to be offered by them after watching them while I was young,” Hudson previously told Touchdown Alabama. “It’s a great program with all the championships they have won.”
The talented athlete also holds basketball offers. The Crimson Tide’s basketball program offered Hudson in July.
At 6-foot-8, Hudson feels catching the football is one of his strengths at the moment. He is a fluid runner with impressive body control for a prospect his size.
