Indiana’s Fernando Mendoza put together a Heisman moment, and Ohio State’s Julian Sayin continued to complete passes at a historic rate. Meanwhile, Ty Simpson once again got the job done while leading Alabama to another win.

Simpson wasn’t able to make up any ground in the Heisman Trophy race last week, but the redshirt junior kept himself firmly in the mix with a solid performance during Alabama’s 20-9 victory over LSU.

Simpson currently has the third-best Heisman odds, according to BetMGM, which places him at +550 to win the award. Sayin is still the frontrunner at +160 but is followed closely by Mendoza at +175. Texas A&M quarterback Marcel Reed is also still in the race with +750 odds after leading the Aggies to a road win at then-No. 22 Missouri.

Here’s a look at how the top contenders stack up and what’s coming up next for them heading into Week 12 of the season.
