Touchdown Alabama came up with five key questions heading into Alabama’s Week 12 matchup vs. Oklahoma. Here’s a look at how the Crimson Tide answered those during its 23-21 loss to the Sooners.
Question: Can Alabama remain perfect at home under DeBoer?
Answer: This one is pretty obvious. Kalen DeBoer suffered his first loss inside Bryant-Denny Stadium despite Alabama outplaying Oklahoma for most of the game.
DeBoer is now 12-1 as a head coach inside Bryant-Denny Stadium. He should get back to his winning home ways this week when Alabama takes on FCS opponent Eastern Illinois at 1 p.m. CT
“We have to use this week to continue to get better, and that is the priority,” DeBoer said during his Monday press conference. “That’s where our head needs to be. In order for us to continue to have the outcomes we want, we gotta make it as simple as possible and focus on what we can control. And that’s our mindset, our attitude, and then that leading to the effort and continually each and every day to get better.”
