Alabama football’s wide receiver, Germie Bernard feels the lights at Gaylord Family – Oklahoma Memorial Stadium will force the Crimson Tide to adjust to them.

Bernard and the Tide are well aware it will be cold in Oklahoma on Friday night. The wide receiver is planning for the weather and the lights inside Oklahoma’s stadium.

“I mean, this time around, we know it’s gonna be cold,” Bernard said. “Their lights, they kinda got me last time that we played. The lights were kinda, I don’t know, in a weird position, I guess you could say.”

The Alabama standout was later asked how he can prepare for the lights.

“I mean it’s hard to prepare for that,” Bernard said. “We’re receivers. We know we’re gonna experience that at some point in our career. So, we just have to be able to adjust.”

The Crimson Tide and the Sooners will go at it under the lights Friday in Norman. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. CST, and the game will be broadcast live on ABC and ESPN.
