Alabama football is expected to hire Cameron Cleminson to be the Crimson Tide’s assistant outside linebackers coach, per a report from CBS Sports.
Cleminson has served as South Alabama’s inside linebackers coach since February of 2024. He began his college coaching career at Michigan State as a graduate assistant before moving on to coach at Cincinnati. He joined South Alabama in 2023.
Christian Robinson is the Crimson Tide’s outside linebackers coach. He works closely with Tide’s Wolf position in Kane Wommack’s 4-2-5 defensive scheme. Cleminson is expected to work closely with him.
