A pair of former Alabama defenders were back in their hometown of Birmingham, Alabama, giving pointers to young high school offensive and defensive linemen who aspire to play football at the collegiate level.

Quinnen Williams and Que Robinson provided valuable tips to the prospects during a training session led by Terrance Swift of Winning Edge Training. Williams is a member of the Dallas Cowboys, and Robinson is a linebacker for the Denver Broncos.

Swift has trained Robinson and Williams, along with a long list of other top NFL and college offensive and defensive linemen. Both NFL players pulled multiple players aside during the session to give them valuable tips.

The former Alabama players provided some words of wisdom to the players when the session was over. Williams hit on the importance of falling in love with working and training hard to get better, despite achieving success.

“I am working on the finesse rush right now,” Williams said. “I’m still learning how to do the cross chop. I’m still learning how to jab swipe. I’m still learning. I’m trying to tap into that next level.”
