Elijah Haven is eyeing an April commitment day.
“I’m hoping within the next month, aiming for the date of April 25th as of now,” Haven told Touchdown Alabama. “So, we’ll see how that changes, if that fluctuates, but that’s the goal and that’s the plan.”

Haven is a 2027 five-star recruit, and he attends Dunham High School in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He will likely choose between Alabama, Auburn, Florida and Georgia next month. Multiple recruiting sites have him listed as the No. 1 2027 quarterback in the country.

The five-star led Dunham High School to a state championship in 2025, the school’s first state title since 2004. He threw for 3,931 yards and 62 touchdowns as a junior. He also added 794 rushing yards and 11 touchdowns.
