Ellis McGaskin reported an offer from Alabama football on Tuesday. McGaskin is a 2027 four-star linebacker prospect out of Williamson High School in Mobile, Alabama.
The four-star’s offer list is already loaded with top programs, and the Crimson Tide will likely have to make up a lot of ground to make a push for the talented linebacker. Georgia, LSU, Notre Dame and several others previously offered McGaskin.
At 6-foot-1 and 205 pounds, the Mobile product finished the 2025 football season with 160 total tackles and 27 tackles for loss. He plays with a physical playing style with the way he shoots gaps hard en route to ball carriers behind the line of scrimmage.
It is easy to see why he had 27 tackles for loss last season.
