Curt Cignetti took a shot at Alabama football during the Indiana Hoosiers’ visit to the White House.
Indiana defeated the Crimson Tide 38-3 in the Rose Bowl en route to winning the National Championship. Trump highlighted the win while delivering a speech during Indiana’s White House visit. Cignetti jumped in when Trump brought up the victory and yelled, “Roll Tide.”
“That’s a big one,” Trump said.

Cignetti was once the wide receivers coach for the Crimson Tide under Nick Saban. He became the second former Saban assistant to win a National Championship with the Hoosiers’ win over Miami in the National Championship game.
