A pair of Alabama commits are hype to participate in the prestigious Elite 11 Finals throughout this weekend.
The event annually hosts top quarterback prospects in Los Angeles, California. The participants will participate in advanced one-on-one quarterback coaching, intense competition, on-field drills, classroom instruction and holistic development throughout the event. Alabama is the only school with two commits participating in the 2026 Elite 11 Finals.
At the end of the weekend, the 2026 Elite 11 roster will be announced. The roster will participate in the Nike Opening Finals later this summer.
Elijah Haven and Trent Seaborn will represent the Tide this weekend. Haven is a 2027 five-star recruit, and Seaborn is a 2027 four-star prospect, who attends Thompson High School in Alabama.
Seaborn sees the opportunity as a great one to get better and fellowship with other top quarterback prospects.
“I’m really excited to have earned an invite to the Elite 11 Finals, and I’m so excited to experience it,” Seaborn told Touchdown Alabama. “I know it will be a huge opportunity to not just compete but learn from the counselors and coaches and also hopefully build relationships with the other quarterbacks, some of them I know, some I don’t. I think I’m most excited about the chance to build those new relationships.”
Haven is also embracing the opportunity to put work in and build relationships with fellow top high school signal callers.
“I’m most excited about just having the opportunity to get better and have fun with other guys who are in my position,” Haven said. “It’s going to be a great weekend overall, for sure.”
This weekend will mark the third time Alabama has had two quarterbacks participate in the event. Keelon Russell was the last Alabama quarterback to win the MVP Award at the event.
