This reason why this Alabama freshman will wake a lot of people up this fall, per Tide DB

The praise for Cederian Morgan at SEC Media Days from his teammates was consistent.

Morgan is a true freshman and a former elite prospect out of Benjamin Russell High School in Alabama. One of the most significant praises for Morgan came from Zabien Brown, who is expected to be one of the best cornerbacks in college football this fall.

Brown gave Tide fans a heads-up about Morgan and highlighted a key element of his game at SEC Media Days while talking to Tide 100.9.

“I think Cederian Morgan is gonna wake a lot of people up,” Brown said. “He does not drop the ball.”

Morgan’s dependable hands turn heads throughout his time as a prospect. Touchdown Alabama considered him to be one of the most sure-handed prospects we had ever evaluated.

The Alabama native flashed his consistent hands on a-Days when he made plays during the Tide’s spring game. Bray Hubbard also praised Morgan while in Tampa, Florida.

“Cederian is a big receiver,” Hubbard told reporters at SEC Media Days. “He’s also put on a lot of muscle mass. He’s a strong receiver too. But I mean, you throw, throw anything his way, he’s going to catch it. He’s got really, really good hands. So yeah, I’m excited for him. I think he’s going to have a huge role in our offense. Obviously, I’m not on that side, so I can’t speak too much about it, but I go against him a good bit. So, he’s a great player, and I remember him in bowl prep when he early enrolled, and he came with us for bowl prep; I mean, dude was catching some stuff, and I was like, man, this kid’s going to be a great player.”
