Alabama Crimson Tide safety Bray Hubbard will enter the 2026 season as one of the top defensive backs in the nation.

Hubbard has proven to shine on countless occasions across his first three seasons at Alabama. The safety will play a critical role throughout his fourth and final year in Tuscaloosa, and Hubbard will look to pickup right where he left off following a stellar campaign in 2025.

The senior was recently named a Preseason second team All-American by The Sporting News. Hubbard serves as the lone Crimson Tide player to be named as an All-American this season, and the safety will now look to back his preseason hype with an elite year on the gridiron.

Hubbard is credited with 137 total tackles, 7 interceptions and 5.5 TFL throughout his career in the Tide’s secondary. The safety could quickly prove to be a major difference maker for a third season in a row, but Hubbard has officially been named to The Sporting News’ Preseason All-American second team nonetheless.
