Ryan Coleman-Williams reveals favorite moment of Alabama career, he is not the main focus of it

Alabama Crimson Tide star Ryan Coleman-Williams will enter his junior season in Tuscaloosa with massive expectations. 

Coleman-Williams is set to take over Alabama’s wide receiver one duties following the departure of Germie Bernard, and the junior should quickly begin bouncing back after an up-and-down sophomore campaign in 2025. The Crimson Tide star had a multitude of vintage moments last season despite his struggles at times, and Coleman-Williams will enter 2026 widely regarded as one of the top receivers in the nation nonetheless.

I recently asked Coleman-Williams what his favorite moment is from his time at Alabama so far, and his response may come as a surprise to many. 

“Definitely being apart of that comeback at Oklahoma.” Coleman-Williams said. “Just being able to see my guy Loti shine, it was awesome. And seeing us comeback and going to the Rose Bowl, even though that didn’t go the way we wanted it to. But just thinking about that game, it was electric.”

Coleman-Williams has recorded 1,554 yards and 12 touchdowns across his first two seasons at Alabama. The route runner initially rose to fame during the 2024 campaign, where Coleman-Williams played a critical role during the Tide’s 41-34 victory over Georgia in Tuscaloosa. 

However, he only pulled in one reception for five yards against Oklahoma in the playoff.

The junior will enter 2026 in the best shape of his collegiate career after gaining significant weight this offseason, and Coleman-Williams is in prime position to shine once again.
