Alabama quarterback commit throws 4 touchdowns in season opener

Trent Seaborn led Thompson to a 41-14 win over Central Phenix City to kick off his senior campaign on Thursday.

Seaborn is a 2027 four-star quarterback prospect, and he is verbally committed to Alabama.

He finished Thursday’s game with 331 passing yards and four touchdowns. The Alabama pledge completed 18 of his 27 pass attempts.

Thompson got on the board first with Seaborn dropping a pass into the out-stretch hands of his tight end, Tanner Ehmen.

Seaborn hit Darion Moseley, an Arkansas commit, going across the middle for his second touchdown of the day.

Thompson’s running back CJ Cowley was on the receiving end of Seaborn’s third touchdown pass.

Alabama 2028 wide receiver target, Dedrick Kimbrough created separation, and Seaborn threw the football on a rope to hit him for a 39-yard score.

Seaborn and Thompson will be back in action next week against Clay-Chalkville.
