The Alabama Crimson Tide will enter the 2026 season with a revamped offensive line after some major struggles in 2025.
The Tide were able to land a handful of talented big men from the transfer portal this offseason. Sophomore Michael Carroll is the lone starter from last years’ unit to return in 2026, and the Tide’s offensive line will now feature an excellent mix of young and veteran talent moving forward.
Carroll recently took a moment to comment on transfer center Racin Delgatty’s relationship with quarterback Keelon Russell, as Carroll claims the duo has created some major chemistry across the offseason.
“I feel like they’ve built a bond and are continuing to build.” Carroll said. “I think over the season they are going to keep forming that relationship, and using it for wins hopefully down the road.”
Both Russell and Delgatty will play a critical role in each other’s success throughout the 2026 campaign. Each player will look to shine in their first year as a starter on the Tide’s offense, and the duo appears to be on the same page prior to kickoff next weekend.
