Marquee notes inside Alabama football spring practice

Alabama football is in its second week of spring football practice.

The Crimson Tide’s annual A-Day Game is on Saturday, April 16 at 2:00 p.m. CT at Bryant-Denny Stadium.

SEC Network+ will have the call as the Tide starts its journey to return to the College Football Playoff National Championship stage. Media members are not allowed to attend practice because of the Coronavirus protocols, but credible sources have provided insight to Touchdown Alabama Magazine on what is happening behind the scenes. The notes are below.

-Jermaine Burton (wide receiver) and Jahmyr Gibbs (running back) have leadership roles.

-Per sources, both transfers are vocal leaders in their positions. Burton is teaching young receivers how to practice well and execute the offense.
