According to Adam Stern, a motorsport reporter for the Sports Business Journal, NASCAR agreed to its first-of-a-kind deal with the University of Alabama. The entity’s one-year deal with the Tide is the first with a collegiate program. Per Stern, NASCAR gets digital board ad placement and ‘NASCAR Drive Summary’ videoboard features at four Alabama home games. Coach Saban and the Tide recently inked a deal with Fanatics to sell “The Authentic” apparel for NIL at Bryant-Denny Stadium this season.
