Casey Poe is set to announce his commitment decision on July 12.
Poe attends Lindale High School in Texas, and he is a 2024 four-star recruit. He is currently considering Alabama, Auburn, Oklahoma, Texas Tech, Clemson and Georgia among others. The Crimson Tide are set to host the four-star this weekend for an official visit.

Alabama’s coaching staff has put in a lot of effort to build a relationship with Poe in recent months.
“It’s been really good,” Poe said when discussing his previous contact with Alabama. “Coach Wolf has been by the school, coach Wiggins have been by the school. We’ve had multiple Alabama faces come by. Me and coach Wolf talk pretty much every day, through texts on the phone. I have been on the phone with coach Saban a couple of times. once in a while. We’ve been trying to build our relationship and get closer.”
At 6-foot-5 and 280 pounds, Poe is a multi-sport athlete. He has experience playing tackle and guard. Wolford has previously told Poe he feels he is one of the top offensive linemen in the 2024 recruiting class.
