Following a 59-0 shutout last season in Tuscaloosa the Crimson Tide entered Kyle Field looking to extend their  winning streak to three against the Aggies.

The Crimson Tide opened the game up with Derrick Henry rushing all over the Aggie defense, but the drive was unable the produce any points for the Tide.

Minkah Fitzpatrick returned a Kyle Allen interception early in the first to make it 14-0 Alabama.

The first drive was a sign of things to come for the Tide as Henry continued to light up the Aggies on the ground and capped the drive off with a 55 yards touchdown run.

Eddie Jackson returned the third longest interception return in Crimson Tide history 93 yards to give the Tide a commanding 28-6 lead.

The Alabama defense continued to bend but not break as it gave up only six points through most of the first half. As the half came near an end the Tide started to break down.

Christian Kirk returned a JK Scott punt back for 68 yards to make the game 28-13.

Aggies quarterback Kyle Allen was pressured for most of the first half and simply did not make good decisions. Allen was benched with less than two minuets to go in the first half for freshmen quarterback Kyler Murray.
