Parker Pritchett reported an offer from Alabama football Monday via social media.
Pritchett is a sophomore at G.W. Carver Columbus High School in Georgia. His offer list includes previous offers from Miami, Missouri, UAB and others. The sophomore is looking forward to building a relationship with Alabama.
“It means a lot to me, but I do know this is just the beginning of a long journey,” Pritchett told Touchdown Alabama after he received an offer from the Tide. “I think Alabama is a great program that can help develop my game for sure, but overall, I’m just excited to see our relationship grow.”
Pritchett played his sophomore season at Russell County High School in Alabama.
The 6-foot-5 300-pound can make himself wide and difficult to get around as an offensive tackle. He has also flashed an ability to get to the second level and block in space.
“The best thing I do is pass pro and finishing blocks, and I have a good understanding of the game,” said Pritchett.
