James Brockermeyer is expected to transfer to TCU, per 247 Sports and CBS Sports National College Football reporter Matt Zenitz.
Brockermeyer was one of the offensive linemen competing to be the Alabama Crimson Tide’s center during the spring. He entered the transfer portal last week, and it came as a bit of a surprise to many, considering how involved he was with Alabama’s first-team offense during the spring.
Alabama has lost two scholarship players to the portal since its recent opening.
