Alabama offensive lineman Elijah Pritchett was arrested by university police Friday night and charged with Exhibition of Speed, a misdemeanor, which was first reported by Tide 100.9.
It is Pritchett’s second misdemeanor arrest in five months.
Pritchett’s previous arrest came back in December for knowingly transmitting a sexually transmitted disease.
The former five-star recruit served as the Crimson Tide’s left tackle throughout spring practice this year, but with the return of last year’s starter, Kadyn Proctor, Pritchett will likely move over to right tackle for the fall.
After redshirting in 2022, Pritchett appeared in all 13 games in 2023 primarily as a rotational player along the offensive line.
