Alabama fall camp notes: Crimson Tide returns to practice following second scrimmage

Alabama football had Monday off following last week’s scrimmage, but it returned Tuesday to practice.

Players went full pads in sunny, 79-degree weather conditions as we are 11 days from the Crimson Tide’s opening matchup at Bryant-Denny Stadium versus Western Kentucky. Kalen DeBoer mentioned to reporters that the second scrimmage was the “most physical” one he has been part of since becoming Alabama’s head coach. Notes from today’s practice are below.

Notes from Tuesday’s practice

-Alabama defense started practice in the indoor facility before moving outside.
